You will receive important details from the MoneyGram agent – write them down.
Take all details to the cashier at the retail location who will collect the cash and the MoneyGram service fee, and complete the payment.

At the Agent location, select and completely fill in the blue bordered Western Union Quick Collect Payment form, including the following information:
Your name and account number must be clearly and correctly written on the form for your account to be credited.
Give the form and the amount of your payment, plus a flat fee, in cash, to the Western Union Agent. Be sure you get a copy of the Quick Collect payment form with the money transfer control number written in by the Agent. This is proof of your payment amount, and when it was sent.
