What is the difference between Royal Prestige® FrescaFlow and Royal Prestige® FrescaPure™?
Royal Prestige FrescaPure™ is an activated carbon filtration system. Royal Prestige® FrescaFlow filters water in 3 stages: Pre-Filter, Activated Carbon and Reverse Osmosis. FrescaFlow is tankless and dispenses water on demand from its faucet. The system can filter 845 water gallons per day and its LED display shows current water quality. FrescaFlow also includes a cartridge that helps add essential minerals to boost the benefits provided by pure, filtered water. Royal Prestige® FrescaFlow is also a larger unit, measuring 18.06” x 5.65” x 17.75”

What's included with Royal Prestige® FrescaFlow?
Royal Prestige® FrescaFlow includes a smart faucet with LED display, Pre-Filter, Reverse Osmosis Filter, Activated Carbon Filter and Mineralizer Cartridge.
Does Royal Prestige® FrescaFlow have a tank?
Royal Prestige® FrescaFlow is tankless. It filters water as it passes through the system, without storing it. You will always enjoy an abundant flow of fresh, filtered water on tap.
How many cartridges does it have and how long do they last?
Royal Prestige® FrescaFlow has 4 cartridges. Their duration varies depending on multiple factors. Time estimates follow below.
- Pre-Filter — approximately 6 months
- Carbon Filter — about 1 year
- Mineralizer Cartridge – approximately 1 year*
- Reverse Osmosis Filter — approximately 2 years.
*Mineralizer does not have a replacement indicator, but we recommend following the Carbon Filter indicator and changing out both at once.
How will I know when it’s time to change the cartridges?
Royal Prestige® FrescaFlow has a smart faucet with an LED display that indicates cartridge use status as follows:
Blue: OPTIMAL STATE
Yellow: REPLACE SOON
Red: REPLACE IMMEDIATELY
Important: Mineralizer Cartridge status will display next to Activated Carbon Filter.
What are TDS?
Total Dissolved Solids—TDS—indicates the amount of dissolved substances present in your water. The lower the number, the better. TDS ranges and corresponding values according to the World Health Organization (WHO)
follow below.
- 0 – 300: Excellent
- 300 – 600: Good
- 600 – 900: Fair
- 900 – 1,200: Low
Value can vary according to municipal water supply, fluctuations in water supply, municipal or whole-house water treatment system, plumbing conditions and standing water, among others.
Can Royal Prestige® FrescaFlow dispense hot water?
No. It is very important to use only cold water.
Can Royal Prestige® FrescaFlow filter fluoride?
Yes. The system can filter out up to 96.4% of flouride present in water.

What else should I keep in mind?
Royal Prestige® FrescaFlow needs an external pressurized water source and an electrical outlet under the sink that is not controlled by a switch.
FrescaFlow also requires municipal water source and certain water temperature, pH, hardness and TDS levels.
