Ingredients For This Recipe

  • 15 aji dulce peppers, seeded & stemmed
  • 15 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion, small rough chop
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped in small pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped in small pieces
  • ¼ cup oil, optional
  • Salt, to taste, optional
  • ½ bunch cilantro
  • ½ bunch recao, coriander

Preparation

  1. Insert the chopping blade into the chopping bowl.
  2. Place all ingredients except cilantro and cilantro cimarron in the chopping bowl filling it only ½ to ¾ full.
  3. Place the lid on the bowl and turn it clockwise until it clicks into place.
  4. Align the motor body with the container lid and press down to engage.
  5. Pulse several times to blend the ingredients, then puree on high speed until well processed.
  6. Add the cilantro and cilantro cimarron and pulse and blend on high speed until well processed.
  7. Transfer to a bowl.
  8. Enjoy.
