Ingredients For This Recipe

  • 2 tsp unflavored gelatin powder
  • 3 tbsp boiling water
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup passion fruit pulp or concentrate
  • ½ tsp kosher salt

  • Toasted Coconut Flakes
  • Passion Fruit Seeds

Preparation

  1. In bowl, mix gelatin and hot water. Let stand until gelatin dissolves.
  2. In Royal Prestige® Power Blender Max, combine gelatin and remaining mousse ingredients; blend on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Transfer mousse from blender to coconut halves.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour in order to set. Garnish and plate.
