Ingredients For This Recipe

  • 2 cups old fashion rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup agave syrup, or to taste
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tsp baking power
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Oil spray
  • Garnish
  • Agave or maple syrup
  • Banana slices
  • Walnuts, almonds, or pecans

    Preparation

    1. Put all the ingredients in the blender jar.
    2. Immerse the mixer in the pitcher and beat on high speed until well blended.
    3. Let the pancake batter rest for at least 5 minutes.
    4. Spray or coat the surface of the skillet with oil and preheat it for 30 seconds over medium heat.
    5. Pour ½ cup batter into skillet and spread evenly.
    6. Cook each side for about 3 minutes and transfer to a plate.
    7. Repeat with remaining batter.
    8. Serve, garnish and enjoy
