Preheat 10½" Skillet to 350° F. Add chicken and garlic. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Transfer chicken to 3‐quart Mixing Bowl and set aside.
Add jalapeños to Skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly stirring. Remove, and set aside.
Combine ground chicken and ricotta cheese.
Stuff 32 jalapeño halves with chicken mixture. Wrap tightly with turkey bacon strips. Secure with toothpicks.
Place stuffed jalapeños in the Skillet, cover and cook for 10 minutes at 280° F. If jalapeños are large, cook in batches.
