Cheesy Bread Rolls with Spicy Honey Butter

Ingredients For This Recipe

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 16 cubes cheddar cheese, ½” each
  •  
  • Spicy Honey Butter
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme

Preparation

  1. Unroll crescent rolls and separate triangles.
  2. Place 1 tbsp parmesan cheese and 1 piece cheddar cheese at the center of each roll.
  3. Roll dough around cheese to form balls; set aside.
  4. Place butter warmer on Royal Prestige® Precision Cook and add all ingredients for spicy honey butter.
  5. Set cooking by temperature function to Fahrenheit and turn heat to 250°F.
  6. Cook until butter starts to bubble; remove from heat and set aside.
  7. Spray paella pan with oil and add dough balls.
  8. Brush tops with spicy honey butter and cover with Redi-Temp valve closed.
  9. Select cooking by temperature function on Fahrenheit and turn heat to 200°F.
  10. Cook for 25 minutes and flip rolls.
  11. Brush with more spicy honey butter and cook for 35 minutes or until done.
  12. Serve warm with spicy butter on the side.
